Corporate Recovery IP Valuations: To comply with statutory duties and SIP 16, we provide an independent third party analysis to identify and catalogue the IP assets of insolvent companies. Our “Letter of Comfort” confirms that there is either little to no value in these assets, or that any offer received is fair.
IP Asset Sales: Whether it be selling a brand, patents or websites, we have helped insolvency practitioners to recover over £5million for their creditors from the sale of IP assets.
