First we get to grip with your business needs through a brief discussion and review of internal documents. We can then provide you with a proposal which details our process, fee structure and confirms the return on investment (‘ROI’) you are anticipating. Our final business analysis and assessment of the business and possible IP value release options (sale, licensing or JV) going forward are captured in comprehensive, well structured and easy-to-digest reports.
